ART. 1.

The CHRISTMAS GOT TALENT will start from September 30 with his tour of selections in Italy to finish the selection phase in November. Our staff, led by the Artistic Director M has Ermanno Croce, will visit every school selected .

Participation in performances during this phase is absolutely free.

The selections are open to the following Artistic Disciplines:

2) UNPUBLISHED

3) RAPPERS

4) FOLK SONG

5) JAZZ CANTO

6) BALLET

7) MODERN DANCE

8) NEOCLASSICAL DANCE

9) CONTEMPORARY

10) HIP HOP

11) SHOWDANCE

12) FOLK DANCE

13) MUSICAL

14) ACTING

For the dance categories there will be the following sections :

a-solo b-step to two c-small group ( 3 to 5 ) d- group

Each competition will be divided by age groups : years under 6 -  years 7/9 years 14/17 - years 18/21 -  years 22/27 - years 28/33 -  Master

ART.2 - Registration final stage 3/4/5 January 2024

All participating schools and individual finalists must have a sign size 30x50 cm, with the name of the school of origin and the state of belonging on it, also each group must have a flag of their state size 50x70,

to participate in the parade of nations.

Only artists who have passed the preliminary selection can register for the final stage of the event. Those who have passed the selection, will have 10 days to confirm their presence, starting from the date of the 'communication of passing casting, filling in the form below.  Registration must be accompanied by the following documentation :

Photocopy of an identity document/ passport and tax code for Italian citizens; passport for foreign citizens

Photocopy of the c/c form, bank transfer certifying payment of the registration fee;

ART. 3 - Membership fee

The Scholarships received at the Premio Italia Talent World Contest must be confirmed with the registration to the Final of the Artist and any accompanying persons no later than October 20, 2023, the failure to register on schedule will cancel the same scholarships.

Since in January there is the possibility to find many B&Bs and Hotels at affordable prices, participants are free to book and choose as they want, provided that we will send each member a link provided by the city of Grottammare with the best solutions.

The membership fee is € 150 per person and includes :

- two performances ( Registration entitles to a maximum of 2 performances for both singing and dance)

- Entrance pass for all stages of the event, in the Theatre.

- USACLI Insurance Card for accident participants during the phases of the event.

Membership fee to be sent as follows : 

A) deposit of € 50 at registration.

B) balance of EUR 100 by 20 November 2023.

In the event that a participant sends the deposit fee and then does not participate, the deposit fee will not be returned.

ART. 4 - ACCOMPANYING MEMBERS' FEE  ( each participant is entitled to the presence of a maximum of 2 accompanying persons) the membership fees for accompanying persons is € 90 per person and must be paid at the time of registration.

The fee entitles you to the entry pass for the two days of the talent ,  to attend all stages of the event, including the Award Gala. 

Accompanying persons must complete the registration form to be accredited to the event..

ART.5. General conditions 

• The order of the exhibition of the contest is established by the Organizing Committee according to the electronic draw.

• The completed years of the participants are calculated for the date of the competition (the number of participants outside their age group may not exceed 20% of the total number of participants of the competition). The age of the participants can be checked against their identity documents by the President of the jury and the Organizing Committee.

• Participants can enter behind the scenes two performances before their own.

• Pre-recorded music bases must be sent by email by 3rd NOVEMBER 2023.

• The evaluation of the participants is performed after each performance. (The results of the first phase will be displayed on the information stand).

• Change of repertoire after November 30 is forbidden!

• If necessary, the Organising Committee reserves the right to make any amendments to these Rules.

ART. 6. Rules of the singing competition

(soloists; small groups - duo, trio, quartet; large groups up to 9 people):

The registration entitles to two performances with different tracks.

• The use of playback is strictly prohibited,

• The voice is regulated in the same way for all participants.

• The maximum duration of the exhibition must not exceed 4 minutes. Otherwise the jury reserves the right to stop the participant’s performance.

• If, in the first phase of the competition, the song submitted is out of category, the jury assigns the contestant to another category.

Criteria for assessment:

• Technique (10 points), expression  (5 points), repertoire (5 points)

ART.7. Regolamento del concorso di danza e Musical

Art. 8. note generali
• La durata massima di ogni esibizione non deve superare minuti 2 per gli assolo, 3 minuti per i passi a due, 4  minuti per i gruppi. La giuria si riserva il diritto di fermare l’esibizione del partecipante ed eliminarlo dal concorso.
• Sono proibiti i finali falsi.
• Criteri di valutazione: Tecnica (10 punti), espressione (5 punti), costume (3 punti )
ART.9 .  La Giuria
La giuria Internazionale sarà composta dai Membri del CID .

ART. 10.  Prizes

- A 30% SCHOLARSHIP TO THE TOP FINISHERS IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ITALY CID CONTEST PRIZE IN SEPTEMBER WHICH WILL BE HELD IN SAN BENEDETTO DEL TRONTO FROM 20 TO 22.

- GRANTS OF 20% TO SECOND GRADERS

TO PARTICIPATE FROM 25 TO 28 APRIL 2024 IN THE FINAL OF THE EUROPE AWARD - COSTA DEL SOL

- A 20% SCHOLARSHIP TO THE RUNNERS-UP TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ITALY CID CONTEST PRIZE IN SEPTEMBER WHICH WILL BE HELD IN SAN BENEDETTO DEL TRONTO FROM 20 TO 22.

- 20% scholarships to third parties

To participate 25 to 28 April 2024 at the final of the Europe Award - Costa del Sol.

- A 20% SCHOLARSHIP TO THE TOP FINISHERS IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ITALY CID CONTEST PRIZE IN SEPTEMBER, WHICH WILL BE HELD FROM 20 TO 22 IN SAN BENEDETTO DEL TRONTO.

- SCHOLARSHIPS OF EURO 50 TO SECOND PLACE HOLDERS

TO PARTICIPATE FROM 25 TO 28 APRIL 2024 IN THE FINAL OF THE EUROPE AWARD - COSTA DEL SOL .

- 50 EURO SCHOLARSHIP TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ITALY CID CONTEST PRIZE IN SEPTEMBER HELD IN SAN BENEDETTO DEL TRONTO.

ART.12 . Award ceremony

• All participants of the competition to registration receive the diploma of participation, information leaflets . The teachers also receive a diploma of recognition.

ART. 13 . Exclusive video

The competition is resumed by the competition partner and the TV studio.

• Videos of the day of the contest are allowed to private persons, authorized to do so by the organizing committee.

• Order and authorization procedures are determined by the Organizing Committee.

• Videos and material photos,

• In the days of the competition is prohibited any distribution of materials without prior agreement with the Direction of the international movement of festivals .

• Photos and videos provided by groups and soloists participating in the contest are not returned or returned and are considered the property of EC STUDIOS PRODUCTIONS

ART.14 .   General rules

Disturbance of order at the festival and infringements resulting in damage to property or health of persons shall entail the following penalties:

- Any damage to the property is repaired according to the bill provided by the hotel or the THEATRE.

- Disruption of the order at the festival, infringement of fire safety regulations involve elimination of the participant from the competition and communication of the event to the organization .

The Artistic Director reserves the right to modify these rules.
